General

Meditative Mood reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Products

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions and prices at any time. All product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting us at customercare@meditativemood.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued at our discretion per our refund policy. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Meditative Mood is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Meditative Mood and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Meditative Mood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
