How It Works

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carrier and Delivery

We ship via USPS within the United States only. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has shipped. You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $35.

Out-of-Stock Items

If any part of your order is out of stock, we will promptly contact you and refund the unavailable item.

Important Details

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to correct an address before your order ships, contact us immediately at customercare@meditativemood.com.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs on orders that originally shipped free.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
