How It Works

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed within 1 business day.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options with estimated delivery times available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

๐Ÿ“… Weekends & Holidays

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

๐Ÿ” Out-of-Stock Items

If any part of your order is out of stock, we will promptly contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Important Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

โ†ฉ๏ธ Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

๐Ÿ”„ Reshipment

For orders that were originally shipped with free shipping, customers are responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. We will reach out to arrange payment before resending.
